The downside is the price, but in many ways you get what you pay for. Ice cream is good quality and the final product is delicious. Go, try a signature dish and enjoy.

Ice cream is delicious and made to order. Its worth the wait if you like candies and cookies smashed in with the ice cream. That is what Cold Stone is all about, really. I do love their ice cream bowls. It is a lovely choice for couples after a movie.

Wow, I want it to be 4 star because everything is made to order and really is some quality ice cream and in my case during this visit even the yogurt impressed me. But the price, the price is just a slap in the face. I had a coupon for a BOGO and it was still $8.00. Wow. The place is kept clean and didn't appear to be busy since this location is pretty much off the beaten path.

Only reason I am giving this place 4 stars is simply because of the ice cream. I've had it many times in Fredericksburg and it's always yummy. But straight up the staff sucks. The young lady that waited on us asked for another employee to help. One make the milkshake, one prepare the ice cream creation. The girl looked and laughed while playing with ice cream scoopers. Then a few minutes later an older lady came from the back, (maybe the manager?), while seeing how long the line was, and stood there. Ice cream is good, staff is shitty.

Over priced, very poor staff and product was not up to other Cold Stones. Ice Cream is ok. The wait was over thirty minutes and there were just 5 groups in front my me. The staff started taking groups from the back of the line! So the folks who have been waiting the longest were neglected!

Have had better ice cream and service at Cold stone before. Ordered a creme de Menthe shake was very thin, to thin to be called a shake. Husband ordered a cookie shake which was good. My kids ordered childrens scoops with add ins which were not mixed in. They were dumped on top. At 4 dollars i would have expected at least that. I also asked about a item advertised back home, received a "I'm new "I and a shoulder shrug. With so many choice for ice cream I would expect better service and quality.
